Job summary

911 Staffing Ltd is recruiting a Stock Controller for a temporary to permanent position based in West Swindon (SN5). The role runs Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm with an immediate start. You will monitor stock levels, perform PI counts, and liaise with management on inventory control to maintain accuracy.

Experience in stock control or inventory, and familiarity with WMS/ERP systems are preferred. A forklift licence is advantageous but not essential.

Qualifications

Previous experience in a stock control or inventory role.
Good understanding of warehouse operations and stock control processes.
Experience using WMS/ERP systems.
High attention to detail and accuracy.
Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
Current Forklift licence is preferred but not essential.

Responsibilities

Review system reports to ensure stock levels are synchronised and accurate.
To achieve the daily/weekly PI counting schedule.
Liaise with management regarding all aspects of inventory control.
To control the stock returned to the depot.
To assist with stock related customer queries and investigations to maintain customer service.
Responsible for highlighting any potential quality issues, including hygiene and damage issues to your Manager.
Completion of necessary process control and quality documented records, in a timely manner (QC Checks).
