Job summary

AO is seeking a Stock Controller for days to safeguard stock integrity and support smooth warehouse operations. You will act as a control point for goods in, inventory accuracy, and reporting, in a fast-paced environment that values data-driven decisions.

The role involves managing inbound shipments, resolving discrepancies, and generating timely inventory reports. Strong numerical skills and proficiency with warehouse systems are essential; the position follows a 4 on 4 off shift pattern from

Qualifications

• Ability to identify discrepancies and investigate root causes methodically.
• Comfortable working with numerical data and warehouse systems.
• Confident in communicating with cross-functional teams to resolve issues.
• Able to take initiative in resolving stock-related challenges and anomalies.

Responsibilities

• Ensure inbound documentation aligns with system entries and trailers are correctly assigned.
• Manage inbound shipments via Goods In Dashboard from multiple supplier types, escalate discrepancies.
• Perform inventory investigations using GEAC to resolve stock discrepancies and negative balances.
• Generate and manage inventory reports, prioritising during busy periods and ensuring accuracy.
• Handle 3rd Party product processes including inbound management and reporting.
