Job summary

SUCCESS TALENT is seeking a Stock Controller for a 6-month fixed-term contract in London. You will own inventory accuracy across UK and European warehouses, working with internal teams and 3PL partners to manage stock movements and system updates.

We look for 2+ years in stock control, with strong organisational and analytical skills, and proficiency in stock management systems and Excel. A proactive, accurate approach and excellent communication across teams are essential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in stock control, preferably in garment/warehouse environments.
• Strong organisational and analytical skills are essential.
• Excellent communication, both written and verbal, across teams.

Responsibilities

• Own inventory accuracy across UK & European warehouses.
• Collaborate with internal teams & 3PL partners.
• Manage stock movements, transfers, reconciliations and system updates.
• Lead regular stock counts & audits.
• Troubleshoot discrepancies and drive continuous improvements.
• Ensure systems-internal & partner alignment.
