Job summary

SHS Group is seeking an experienced Inventory Team Leader to oversee our inventory function, ensuring stock records align with our third-party logistics partners. You will manage stock adjustments, stock takes and reporting, and support supplier relationships across SAP plants.

You will lead a high-performing team, drive accurate inventory control, investigate discrepancies and champion continuous improvement in a fast-paced supply chain environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in inventory control, stock management or supply chain operations within a fast-paced environment.
• Advanced Excel and SAP or similar ERP/WMS system knowledge.
• Proven experience investigating stock variances and managing stock adjustments.
• Strong analytical, organisational and stakeholder management skills.
• Continuous improvement mindset with ability to deliver efficiencies.

Responsibilities

• Own inventory accuracy across the supply chain, ensuring stock records remain aligned with our third-party logistics partners.
• Lead stock control activities including reconciliations, adjustments and reporting.
• Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies to support seamless customer service.
• Build relationships with logistics partners, suppliers and stakeholders to drive collaboration and problem-solving.
• Coach and develop a high-performing team and drive continuous improvement across inventory processes and controls.
