Job summary

SHS Group is seeking an experienced Inventory Team Leader to oversee our inventory function, ensuring stock records align with our third-party logistics partners. You will manage stock adjustments, stock takes and reporting, and support supplier relationships across SAP plants.

You will lead a high-performing team, drive accurate inventory control, investigate discrepancies and champion continuous improvement in a fast-paced supply chain environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in inventory control, stock management or supply chain operations within a fast-paced environment.
• Advanced Excel and SAP or similar ERP/WMS system knowledge.
• Proven experience investigating stock variances and managing stock adjustments.
• Strong analytical, organisational and stakeholder management skills.
• Continuous improvement mindset with ability to deliver efficiencies.

Responsibilities

• Own inventory accuracy across the supply chain, ensuring stock records remain aligned with our third-party logistics partners.
• Lead stock control activities including reconciliations, adjustments and reporting.
• Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies to support seamless customer service.
• Build relationships with logistics partners, suppliers and stakeholders to drive collaboration and problem-solving.
• Coach and develop a high-performing team and drive continuous improvement across inventory processes and controls.

We're looking for an experienced and proactive Inventory Team Leader to oversee our inventory function, ensuring stock records remain closely aligned with those held by our third-party logistics providers. This pivotal role will be responsible for managing stock adjustments, stock takes, reporting, liability allocation and inventory-related charges, while supporting supplier relationships and maintaining accurate stock across relevant SAP plants.

Leading and developing a high-performing team, you'll drive accurate and timely inventory control, investigate and resolve stock and delivery discrepancies, and identify opportunities for continuous improvement. What you'll be doing

Who we are looking for

• Experience in inventory control, stock management or supply chain operations within a fast-paced environment.
