Zusammenfassung

Epwin Group is recruiting a Stock Supervisor to oversee stock accuracy across the warehouse operation. You will lead cycle counts, investigate discrepancies and drive improvements with the warehouse management team.

You will work with Warehouse, Transport and Production to ensure stock movements are accurate, identified issues are resolved promptly and stock control procedures are followed, with a focus on reducing errors and improving inventory control.

• Strong stock control and inventory management knowledge.
• Good understanding of warehouse operations and stock movements.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to investigate discrepancies and identify root causes.
• Demonstrable supervisory or leadership ability.
• Good organisational and time management skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Confident working with warehouse and inventory management systems.
• Good numerical and data analysis skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with colleagues at all levels.
• Ability to prioritise workload in a busy operational environment.
• Experience of continuous improvement or Lean methodologies would be advantageous.
• A Valid forklift truck licence is preferred, with experience to safely operate a forklift truck within a warehouse environment.

Aufgaben

• Take day-to-day responsibility for stock accuracy across the warehouse operation.
• Plan, coordinate and complete regular cycle counts and stock checks.
• Investigate stock discrepancies and ensure corrective actions are completed.
• Ensure stock movements, relocations and adjustments are completed accurately and timely.
• Monitor stock held in investigation, quarantine or unidentified locations and progress to resolution.
• Identify incorrectly located, unidentified or damaged stock and coordinate corrective action.
• Monitor system stock against physical stock and investigate variances.
• Produce stock accuracy information and reports for the warehouse management team.
• Identify opportunities to improve stock accuracy, warehouse processes and inventory controls.
• Provide day-to-day direction and support to colleagues carrying out stock control activities.
• Deputise for other warehouse supervisory roles when reasonably required.
