Job summary

Levy Merchandising in Wolverhampton is seeking an experienced Goods In / Stock Control Manager to lead end-to-end inventory flow from Goods In to Goods Out, ensuring stock accuracy and strong governance across physical stock and Warehouse Management System (WMS).

You will drive process improvements, oversee stock counting, and build robust relationships with suppliers and logistics partners while maintaining health, safety and compliance in a busy e-commerce warehouse environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in goods-in, inventory management and stock control within a warehouse.
• Strong understanding of inventory governance and WMS usage.
• Proven ability to lead stock accuracy initiatives and audits.

Responsibilities

• Lead receipt, validation and processing of inbound stock in the WMS.
• Maintain stock accuracy and integrity across lifecycle and locations.
• Investigate discrepancies and implement corrective actions.
• Label, store and allocate products to correct locations per standards.
• Monitor KPIs and drive improvements in stock availability and accuracy.
• Lead regular stock/cycle counts and inventories, ensuring corrective actions.
