Job summary

Qualifications

• 1–2 years in an administrative, stock control, or warehouse logistics role.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, data entry, and using inventory software or ERP systems.
• High attention to detail and strong organizational abilities with good communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Track incoming and outgoing shipments to monitor real-time stock levels.
• Perform cycle counts and full physical inventory audits; reconcile with WMS.
• Raise purchase orders, process invoices, and handle shipping documents like POD.
• Maintain digital filing systems and vendor records; generate inventory and performance reports.
