Job summary

Serco in Doncaster is seeking an Interventions Facilitator to deliver structured group and one-to-one programmes using core psychological principles and motivational techniques.

You will assess readiness for treatment, maintain records, and build trust with participants while developing across six core competencies; a supportive culture and extensive learning opportunities accompany this role.

Qualifications

  • Experience facilitating group work and/or supporting individuals with complex or challenging needs.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to build trust, establish rapport, and motivate individuals who may be resistant to change.
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage a varied workload effectively.
  • A collaborative, reflective, and growth-focused approach to work.

Responsibilities

Salary: £27,304.77 per annum plus excellent benefits

Vetting And Checks

Job offers are subject to Ministry of Justice Enhanced Level 2 checks with Enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) clearance, satisfactory employment references and occupational health checks.
