The Royal Wolverhampton NHS Trust is seeking a Ward Clerk for the Interventional Radiology team in Wolverhampton. This full-time, permanent post involves reception, clerical and administrative duties to support Radiology appointments, using Soliton and the Trust PAS, while maintaining patient confidentiality and delivering a professional service.

Qualifications

• GCSEs including English language at minimum.
• Computer literate with working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Experience in a patient/public focused environment.
• Experience in an NHS environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide reception, clerical and administrative duties to support Interventional Radiology appointments.
• Schedule and amend Radiology appointments using Soliton and the Trust PAS.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and a polite, professional telephone manner.
