Job summary

Liz Orpwood Recruitment Ltd is seeking a customer-focused Sales Support Co-ordinator for a specialist manufacturing business. You will work with external Sales Managers and internal teams to ensure orders, quotations and deliveries are managed efficiently from start to finish.

The role involves preparing quotations, managing orders through to delivery, and handling a range of customer queries. It is easily commutable from Cambridge and surrounding towns, with a busy, varied environment.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience and a proactive approach.
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage changing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Support external Sales Managers and customers across the UK and internationally.
• Prepare quotations and proposals to meet customer requirements.
• Manage customer orders through to delivery.
• Coordinate with Design, Production, Planning and Finance.
• Handle customer queries by phone, email and face-to-face.
• Maintain sales documentation and accurate records.
• Liaise with shipping and freight companies.
• Use CRM, ERP, MRP or similar business systems.
