Radar Recruitment is seeking a Customer Service Representative for an office-based role in Borehamwood, supporting an internationally focused business that services customers across the UK and global markets.

You will manage the full sales order lifecycle, support the Sales team, and coordinate with Procurement, Warehouse, QA and Finance to ensure orders move smoothly from quotation to delivery. A proactive, organised mindset with strong communication is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in a fast-paced customer service or sales support role.
• A confident communicator who can build strong relationships internally and externally.
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
• A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with the ability to multitask under pressure.
• Positive, energetic, and driven, with a strong sense of ownership.
• Comfortable using systems and Microsoft Office (SAGE experience is a plus).

Responsabilités

• Managing the full sales order lifecycle - from quotation to fulfilment and invoicing.
• Supporting the Sales team with accurate, timely order processing and updates.
• Proactively identifying and resolving order issues before they impact customers.
• Coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth, on-time delivery.
• Building strong relationships with customers and delivering excellent service.
• Supporting account growth through proactive communication and product recommendations.
• Maintaining accurate data and ensuring all processes are followed correctly.
