Kuehne + Nagel in the United Kingdom is seeking a dynamic Freight Account Manager to join our International Road Logistics team. You will drive new business, manage end-to-end accounts, and deliver outstanding service to customers and prospects.

The role combines telesales, face-to-face B2B selling, negotiations and presentations. You will work to targets, generate leads, and build profitable freight solutions while enjoying a company car and pension benefits.

Qualificações

• Experience in proactive telesales or cold calling.
• Logistics experience is beneficial but not required.
• Experience generating own sales leads.
• Experience working to targets and KPIs.
• GCSE Maths and English Grade C or above (or equivalent).
• Strong administration and organisation skills.
• Full Driving Licence.

Responsabilidades

• Generate new prospect leads and accounts over the telephone and face-to-face.
• Telesales and Face to Face selling (B2B), Negotiations and Presentations.
• Consistently grow gross profit and achieve targets as set out in the Account Manager Scheme.
• Achieve Sales productivity and revenue targets.
• Provide a high level of internal and external customer care.
• Provide customers with accurate and cost-effective quotations.
• Prepare weekly/monthly figures of sales activity as instructed by the Branch Manager.
