Job summary

TipTopJob in Avonmouth is seeking a proactive Project Coordinator to manage multiple projects from kickoff to completion, coordinating logistics, travel and budgets. Qualifications

• Experience coordinating projects and logistics from handover to completion.
• Experience dealing with freight forwarders and transport providers.
• Strong organisational and planning skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and customer-facing experience.
• Composure under pressure and timely problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate projects from initial handover through to successful completion.
• Arrange domestic and international travel for engineers and service teams.
• Liaise with freight forwarders and logistics providers to ensure on-time arrivals.
• Source suppliers and service providers, obtain quotations and negotiate rates.
• Build strong relationships with customers, suppliers and internal stakeholders.
• Prepare project documentation, including RAMS and associated paperwork.
• Process project invoicing and ensure all costs are accurately recorded.
• Support visa applications and travel documentation requirements.
• Monitor project budgets, timescales and deliverables.
• Resolve issues quickly and effectively to keep projects on schedule.
• Provide general operational and administrative support where required.
