Job summary

Hunter Selection is seeking an organised Project Coordinator to join our growing engineering and service organisation in Avonmouth. You will own multiple projects, ensuring delivery on time and within budget, coordinating logistics, travel, and communications from kickoff to completion.

This role requires strong planning, ability to handle international travel and freight, liaising with freight forwarders, and building relationships with customers and suppliers.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Project Coordinator or in a related logistics/operations role.
• Experience dealing with freight forwarders and transport providers.
• Strong organisational and planning skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
• Excellent communication skills and customer-facing experience.
• Confidence working under pressure and handling urgent situations.
• Strong administrative accuracy and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate projects from initial handover through to successful completion.
• Arrange domestic and international travel for engineers and service teams.
• Liaise with freight forwarders and logistics providers to ensure timely arrivals.
• Source suppliers, obtain quotations and negotiate rates.
• Build relationships with customers, suppliers and internal stakeholders.
• Prepare project documentation, including RAMS and paperwork.
• Process project invoicing and record costs accurately.
• Support visa applications and travel documentation requirements.
• Monitor budgets, timescales and deliverables.
• Resolve issues quickly to keep projects on schedule.
• Provide general operational and administrative support as required.
