Qualifications

Experience in operations, logistics, freight forwarding, or project support.
Knowledge of import/export documentation and customs.
Experience coordinating domestic and international travel.

Responsibilities

Coordinate domestic and international freight shipments with customs compliance.
Manage personnel mobilisation including travel bookings and visas.
Prepare and maintain operational, shipping and compliance documentation.
Support project planning, scheduling and equipment logistics.
Liaise with clients, suppliers and stakeholders to ensure timely delivery.
Monitor logistics costs and assist procurement.
Maintain databases, reports and tracking systems.
Provide admin support and contribute to process improvements.
