Job summary

A construction focused business with offices on the outskirts of Bradford are looking for an experienced Project Coordinator to join their team on a temp-to-perm basis. Supporting the delivery of activities by managing orders, stock and arranging transport to ensure projects run within strict time frames, this varied coordination-based role is integral to the wider project setting.

Working closely with internal teams as well as suppliers, logistics providers, and clients to maintain high service

Qualifications

• Proven experience coordinating in logistics, supply chain, facilities, or project environments.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel.
• Experience coordinating
• Ability to manage and prioritise a high-volume workload
• Excellent organisational and time management skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Positive team player with a collaborative approach

Responsibilities

• Processing orders
• Managing orders, ensuring accuracy and timely completion
• Liaise between internal systems and client systems
• Allocate equipment and materials
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records
• Monitor stock levels and equipment availability
• Manage equipment allocation
• Track inbound deliveries and outbound dispatches
• Arrange transport for deliveries
• Liaise with logistics providers
• Support day-to-day project coordination
• Manage all administrative activities
• Manage shared inboxes
• Liaise daily with internal teams, suppliers, and clients.
