Job summary

AXA UK seeks a Head of Talent to shape talent management and development strategies, strengthening succession and pipelines while building a high-performance culture. You will partner with senior leaders and global teams to translate talent ambitions into business outcomes.

You will lead the end-to-end talent lifecycle, drive data-driven insights and oversee the budget, while working in a hybrid model with in-office and remote work. UK eligibility is required.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in developing, owning and delivering talent strategies.
• Proven ability to embed talent practices to drive business impact.
• Strong track record in leading talent teams in global organisations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the UK Talent Management and Development Strategy aligned with business objectives.
• Own end-to-end talent management cycle from development to succession planning.
• Lead on succession planning to strengthen pipelines for key roles.
• Drive talent development initiatives for high-potential segments and early careers.
• Provide strategic leadership to the Talent team and partner with senior leaders and AXA Group HR.
