myenergi is seeking an International Expansion Project Coordinator to support strategic growth across markets. You will work with the Director of Global Sales & International Expansion to coordinate projects, maintain plans, and organise meetings.

You will support ERP and HubSpot projects, and other business improvements, tracking milestones, risks and actions to ensure adoption across the organisation.

Qualifications

• Excellent organisational and planning skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities.
• High attention to detail.
• A proactive approach with a willingness to learn.
• Good Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel, PowerPoint and Teams.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate activities supporting new market launches and maintain launch plans.
• Monitor milestones, risks and project actions; organise meetings and prepare progress reports.
• Support ERP, CRM and business process improvement projects across the organisation.
• Record actions and decisions; track progress and status updates.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering, operations and regional teams.
