Job summary

myenergi Ltd is seeking an International Expansion Project Coordinator to support strategic initiatives enabling global growth. Reporting to the Director of Global Sales & International Expansion, you will coordinate projects, maintain plans, monitor milestones and risks, and support ERP and HubSpot implementations across the organisation.

You will organize meetings and ensure cross-functional collaboration stays on track.

Qualifications

• Good Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel, PowerPoint and Teams.

Responsibilities

• International Expansion: Coordinate activities supporting new market launches and maintain launch plans.
• Project Coordination: Maintain project plans, trackers and documentation; organise meetings and workshops.
• Business Systems & Process Improvement: Support ERP systems, HubSpot CRM, UAT, training and implementation activities.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with Product, Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, Sales, Marketing, Customer Support, IT, regional teams and partners.
