Job summary

myenergi is expanding internationally and seeking a skilled International Expansion Coordinator to support strategic initiatives. You will work closely with the Director of Global Sales & International Expansion to coordinate market launches, maintain plans and track progress, and foster cross‑functional collaboration across departments.

Qualifications

Excellent organisational and planning skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities.
High attention to detail.
A proactive approach with a willingness to learn.
Good Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel, PowerPoint and Teams.

Responsibilities

Coordinate activities supporting new market launches and maintain launch plans and readiness trackers.
Organise meetings, workshops and project reviews; record actions and meeting notes; prepare status updates.
Monitor milestones, risks and project actions; follow up with stakeholders to keep projects progressing.
Support ERP, HubSpot CRM and cross‑functional improvements; assist in UAT and implementation activities.
