Job summary

General Dynamics Mission Systems is seeking a Business Development Manager to lead strategic growth across International TacCIS. You will own the end-to-end growth pipeline for a defined geographic region, identifying and securing new contracts while strengthening existing programmes.

You will drive market intelligence, solution selling and partner development, delivering long‑term growth with a focus on government and industry collaborations across time zones and travel.

Qualifications

• Strong market awareness and commercial drive across international markets.
• Experience in defence and security sector with multi-disciplinary exposure.
• Proven track record in sales within long sales cycles and B2B defence procurement.

Responsibilities

• Own the end‑to‑end growth pipeline for defined geographic region.
• Identify, qualify and secure new contracts while expanding existing programmes.
• Develop value‑based proposals and price‑to‑win analyses.
• Build relationships with government, OEMs, industrial partners and channel partners.
• Collaborate with Solution Architects, Product Line Management and Engineering teams.
