Job summary

General Dynamics Mission Systems in the UK is seeking a Business Development Manager to drive growth across International TacCIS. You will own the end-to-end pipeline for a defined region, identifying, qualifying and securing new contracts while strengthening relationships with existing programmes.

You will lead strategy, pursue opportunities and support partnerships with government, OEMs and industrial partners, with travel abroad as needed and a hybrid working model available.

Qualifications

• Experience in defence/security sector.
• Strong market intelligence and opportunity identification.
• Ability to develop strategic plans and capture activities.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end growth pipeline for defined geographic region.
• Identify, qualify and secure new contracts; strengthen current programmes.
• Develop business cases, price-to-win analyses and expansion plans.
• Build relationships with government, OEMs, industrial partners and channels.
• Collaborate with Solution Architects, Product Line Management and Engineering.
