Job summary

Chandler Harris Recruitment Ltd supports a market-leading manufacturer of playground, outdoor gym, sports and park furniture in recruiting an Internal Sales Team Leader near Leeds. Office-based 9am–5pm for the first six months, with the option to work from home two days per week thereafter.

You will lead a team of three and assist an established field sales team, focusing on bids and high-quality customer service.

Qualifications

• Must have led and managed an internal sales team.
• Tender or bidding experience preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach an internal sales coordination team of 3.
• Prepare bids, proposals and tender documents for clients.
• Support and back up the field sales team with quotes and data.
• Coordinate between sales, design and contracts delivery teams.
• Manage the sales pipeline, CRM and reporting dashboards.
• Receive full product training and ongoing support.
