Job summary

Jobwise Ltd is recruiting for an Internal Sales Support role based in their well-established offices just outside Swinton. The role supports field-based account managers to provide excellent customer service, including handling enquiries, updating on order progress and processing quotes.

You will liaise with customers by phone and email, build relationships, and ensure quotes and orders are managed efficiently. A competitive salary and strong career prospects are on offer.

• Experience in Sales Administration or Sales Support roles.
• Comfortable working with Word, Excel and email.
• Accurate with a strong eye for detail.
• Confident with excellent people skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and issue quotes, monitor outstanding quotes and flag them.

What will you be doing as Internal Sales Support:

Working in their well established offices just outside Swinton, you will be working closely to support field based account manager to provide excellent customer support. Duties will include:

• Liaising with customers by phone and email, building positive relationships
• Assisting with day to day enquiries and updating customers on order progress
• Preparing and issuing quotes, monitoring any outstanding quotes and flagging them up
• Processing orders meet dispatch deadlines
• Handling customer issues, liaising with other departments and external couriers where necessary
• Updating customer records, pricing and the CRM database

We would LOVE to hear from you if you have the following skills and experience:

• Ideally experienced in a Sales Administration, Sale Support, Sales Co-ordinator or similar customer support role
• Comfortable working with Word, Excel and email
• Accurate with a strong eye for detail
• Confident with excellent people skills
