What will you be doing as Internal Sales Support:

• Working in their well established offices just outside Swinton, you will be working closely to support field based account manager to provide excellent customer support. Duties will include:
• Liaising with customers by phone and email, building positive relationships
• Assisting with day to day enquiries and updating customers on order progress
• Preparing and issuing quotes, monitoring any outstanding quotes and flagging them up
• Handling customer issues, liaising with other departments and external couriers where necessary
• Updating customer records, pricing and the CRM database

We would LOVE to hear from you if you have the following skills and experience:

• Ideally experienced in a Sales Administration, Sale Support, Sales Co-ordinator or similar customer support role
• Comfortable working with Word, Excel and email
• Accurate with a strong eye for detail
• Confident with excellent people skills
