Job summary

SRS Recruitment Solutions is seeking an Internal Sales Representative for the Derbyshire region to capitalise on opportunities across the construction industry. You will work with an externally based Sales Manager to achieve sales targets and grow the business by developing relationships with new and existing customers.

The role requires handling a high volume of outbound calls, pursuing leads, and managing the sales process from initial contact through to order.

Qualifications

• No formal education required; must be articulate in writing and speech.
• Evidence of sales or customer-facing experience is preferred.
• Good IT knowledge, especially CRM, Excel and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Make a high volume of outbound calls (40 calls/day) to key stakeholders on construction projects to secure interest.
• Work to company sales KPIs and targets.
• Proactively pursue new sales leads and respond to occasional inbound enquiries.
• Sell all company product ranges to meet area budgets.
• Regularly chase enquiries with a consultative approach.
