SRS Recruitment Solutions is seeking an Internal Sales Representative for Heavyside Building Products in Derbyshire. You will work with an externally based Sales Manager to achieve sales targets and develop the business in the region.

Responsibilities include high-volume outbound calls (≈40/day) to builders, developers and architects, pursuing new leads, progressing project specifications, and maintaining customer data with a consultative approach.

Qualifications

• Sales experience or customer-facing roles.
• Good IT knowledge, especially CRM, Excel and Outlook.
• No formal education requirements, but articulate in writing and speech.
• Highest level of professionalism required.
• Some knowledge of the construction industry is beneficial.

Responsabilités

• Make a high volume of outbound calls (≈40/day) to contractors, developers and architects.
• Work to sales KPIs and targets to grow the region.
• Pursue new sales leads and respond to inbound enquiries.
• Sell the full product range and meet area budgets.
• Progress project specifications from architect stage to contractor order.
• Maintain and update customer database accurately.
• Collaborate with colleagues to track projects across stakeholders.
