Job summary

Fedrigoni Group is seeking an experienced Internal Sales professional to join the sales team in the United Kingdom. You will act as the main contact for a defined customer base, handling enquiries, quotes, orders, invoicing and coordination of deliveries to ensure excellent customer service.

You will collaborate with internal and external teams, maintain accurate records, and support continuous process improvement while working under pressure to meet deadlines.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in inside sales or similar role.
• Strong computer literacy and proficiency with business software.
• Flexible working pattern and proactive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary internal point of contact for defined customer base.
• Handle enquiries, quotations, order management, invoicing, and delivery coordination.

We are actively looking for someone to join our internal sales team and contribute to the success of our sales operations while building valuable skills and experience in a thriving industry.
As an internal salesperson, you will play a crucial role in our Internal sales team delivering exceptional customer service. You will be responsible for customer contact and support with enquiries, advice, sampling, order processing, delivery coordination, invoicing, and any other internal sales duties. Your attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment will be essential for success in this role.

Your Responsibilities include:

• Primary internal point of contact for a defined customer base.

• Handling the day-to-day needs of those customers with enquiries, quotations, order management, invoicing, and queries.

• Build strong relationships with key stakeholders both internally and externally.

• Working with and supporting internal and external teams to achieve business objectives and service goals.

• Collaborate with various departments, including production, technical, IT, logistics, and finance, to coordinate efforts and ensure a seamless customer experience.

• Ensure that all sales-related documentation, contracts, pricing, and agreements are accurately prepared, reviewed, and processed in accordance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

• Possessing a strong understanding of the company’s products, the competition in the industry and positioning.

• Looking for ways to continuously improve our process flow and methods of operating.

• Excellent record keeping within our operating systems.
