Job summary

ST Selection Ltd in the Chester area is recruiting an experienced Internal Sales Executive for a hybrid role. You will convert leads from marketing, internal enquiries and the sales team to build opportunities and drive revenue.

The role offers a basic salary up to £35K plus a bonus, 25 days’ annual leave with bank holidays, a company pension, a laptop and phone, and hybrid working.

You’ll also generate appointments, manage CRM records and collaborate with field sales to grow key accounts.

• Manage leads from marketing activity and ensure timely quotes.
• Record pipeline activity on the CRM system.
• Diary management for appointment setting with sales colleagues.

Role & Responsibilities

• Ensure the follow up existing leads and stimulate new opportunities
• Generate appointments with existing contacts and discover new potential contacts to target for visits
• Support the outbound telesales team with lapsed customers
• Develop relationships with the field sales team
• Maintain customer information on the CRM system
