Job summary

Pertemps Network Group in Hinckley is seeking an Internal Sales professional to join a well-established business. This is a varied role blending account management, inbound enquiries and proactive sales.

You will build relationships with existing customers, prepare quotations and collaborate with the external sales team to convert enquiries into orders. The position offers a bonus scheme, 37.5 hour week, and clear progression within the company.

Qualifications

• Experience in Internal Sales, sales or customer service.
• Experience with CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
• Confident communication and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop relationships with existing customers.
• Respond to incoming enquiries and identify opportunities to increase sales.
• Proactively contact customers and prospects to generate new business.
• Prepare accurate quotations and follow these through to order.
• Work closely with the external sales team to support key accounts and maximise sales opportunities.
• Provide a high level of customer service to encourage repeat business.
• Process orders and keep customer information and sales activity up to date.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
