• Proven leadership experience in Internal Sales or Sales Office, preferably in manufacturing.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused mindset.
• Highly organized with excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Experience using ERP/MRP systems and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to monitor KPIs and support continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support the Internal Sales team.
• Ensure enquiries, quotations and orders are processed accurately and on time.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Coordinate with Manufacturing, Warehouse and Logistics for order fulfilment.
• Monitor order progress and resolve issues promptly.
• Support team development and continuous improvement.
• Monitor team performance and department KPIs.
