DP Building Systems is a well-established distributor of cable management, cabling and electrical wholesale solutions based in Perry Barr, Birmingham. They are growing and seek an account manager or internal sales to join the busy sales team.

The role focuses on implementing strategic account plans, owning commercial relationships with clients, and growing revenue while achieving sales targets. Training is offered internally and by suppliers.

Qualifications

• Experience working with contractors and large projects.
• Proven ability to develop existing customer relationships.
• Strong market and product knowledge.

Responsabilités

• Call new customers to identify business needs and opportunities for product sales.
• Maintain and develop sales opportunities within managed accounts.
• Upsell and cross-sell to existing clients.
• Attend industry training (internal or vendor).
• Work toward weekly and monthly sales targets.
• Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers.
• Handle incoming sales enquiries.
