You will negotiate with a broad customer base, manage your diary and accounts, and drive profitability through strategic sales leadership and exceptional relationship management.

Qualifications

• Proven B2B sales experience in industrial sector (mechanical/electrical).
• Strong negotiation and closing skills with a track record of securing new business.
• Demonstrated ability to build and grow long‑term supplier and customer relationships.
• Natural leadership qualities with the ability to mentor others as the business grows.

Responsibilities

• Represent the business by winning new business and growing existing accounts.
• Meet sales targets and increase profitability of the business.
• Present, communicate and negotiate with a wide range of customers.
• Manage customer accounts and diary, ensuring high service levels.
• Progress quickly to a Business Manager role with autonomy over P&L, mentoring staff and overseeing marketing, logistics and purchasing.
