Strange and Wright Recruitment Partners LTD is recruiting an Internal Sales Executive in Peterborough to join a busy commercial team. The role combines internal sales, account management and business development, with focus on supporting existing customers, identifying opportunities and driving revenue growth.

You will work with colleagues across sales and customer service to nurture relationships, manage enquiries and build a healthy sales pipeline in a fast-paced environment.

Qualificações

• Previous experience in an internal sales, account management or business development role.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• A proactive and commercial approach to sales.
• Experience using CRM systems.
• Good organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Positive, customer-focused attitude.
• Experience within manufacturing, engineering, distribution or a technical sales environment would be an advantage.

Responsabilidades

• Developing and nurturing relationships with existing and prospective customers.
• Identifying and qualifying new business opportunities.
• Managing customer enquiries and preparing quotations.
• Following up opportunities and converting them into sales orders.
• Proactively promoting products and services to customers.
• Maintaining accurate customer information and sales activity on the CRM system.
• Building and managing a healthy sales pipeline.
• Working closely with colleagues across multiple departments to ensure excellent customer outcomes.
• Providing regular updates on sales activity, opportunities and customer feedback.
