Job summary

Rexel UK Ltd in Swindon is seeking an Internal Sales Person to manage existing customer accounts and drive new business with outstanding service across phone, in-branch and email channels.

You will act as a key contact for major clients, understand their needs, build strong relationships and expand your portfolio while supporting the branch team with Trade Counter activities and order fulfillment.

Responsibilities

• Manage existing customer accounts and develop new business to meet branch targets with excellent sales service over phone, in branch or by email
• Be the first point of call for key accounts, understand client requirements, build rapport and grow the client portfolio
• Support the wider branch team including Trade Counter, and assist with picking and packing to ensure orders are fulfilled
