Rexel UK is seeking an experienced Internal Sales professional at the Newcastle Heaton branch to manage existing customer accounts and drive new business. You will deliver excellent sales service over the phone, in person, and by email, becoming the subject matter expert for your customers.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer-facing sales role is preferred.
• Ability to develop relationships with existing customers and new prospects.
• Comfort with aiming to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Strong communication and active listening skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage existing customer accounts and develop new business to meet branch targets.
• Provide excellent sales service via phone, in-branch, and email.
• Be the first point of contact for key accounts and understand client requirements.
• Build rapport and grow your client portfolio with tailored solutions.
• Support the wider branch team including trade counter duties and order fulfilment.
