Rexel UK is seeking an Internal Sales Person at the Gateshead Metro Riverside Park branch. You will manage an existing customer portfolio and develop new business, delivering an excellent sales service by phone, in-branch, and via email to drive loyalty.

You will understand client requirements, build rapport, grow your portfolio, and may support the wider branch team to ensure orders are fulfilled on time. A customer-centric, proactive approach is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in a highly competitive customer-focused role with sales targets preferred.
• Ability to build strong customer relationships and deliver customer-centric solutions.
• Comfort working face-to-face, on the phone, and via email to drive loyalty.

Responsibilities

• Manage an active portfolio of existing customers and develop new business to meet branch targets.
• Provide excellent customer service to key accounts by phone, in-branch, or email.
• Support wider branch activities, including Trade Counter, picking and packing to ensure timely orders.
• Establish rapport with clients and grow the client portfolio.
