Rexel UK is seeking an Internal Sales Executive at the Denmans Paignton Branch to manage existing customer accounts and develop new business, delivering exceptional service over the phone, in person, and by email. You will build rapport, understand client requirements, and grow your portfolio while supporting Trade Counter duties to ensure timely orders.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer-focused sales role is desirable.
• Ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage existing customer accounts and develop new business to meet branch targets.
• Provide excellent sales service to customers by phone, in-branch, or via email.
• Build rapport with clients and grow the customer portfolio.
• Support the wider branch team on Trade Counter duties and assist with picking/packing to ensure timely orders.
• Act as the first point of contact for key accounts and understand individual client requirements.
