Job summary

Rexel UK is seeking an Internal Sales Executive for the Denmans Paignton Branch to manage existing customer accounts and develop new business, delivering outstanding service by phone, email, and in-branch interactions. You will build rapport with clients and become their trusted contact to grow profitable relationships.

The role supports the branch team, contributes to meeting targets, and requires a customer-focused, proactive approach in a busy retail-branch environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in a competitive, customer-focused role with sales targets.
• Ability to develop business through face-to-face and phone-based relationships.

Responsibilities

• Manage existing customer accounts and develop new business to meet branch targets.
• Provide excellent service to customers by phone, in-branch, or via email to drive loyalty.
• Be the first point of contact for key accounts and understand client requirements to grow the portfolio.
• Support the wider branch team on Trade Counter duties and order processing to ensure timely deliveries.
