Job summary

Rexel UK Ltd is hiring an Internal Sales Person for our Cardiff Branch. You will manage existing customer accounts and develop new business to hit branch targets, delivering excellent sales service by phone, in-branch, or via email to strengthen loyalty.

You will be the main contact for key accounts, tailoring solutions to client needs, building rapport and growing the portfolio while supporting the team at the Trade Counter and warehouse as required.

Responsibilities

• Manage existing customer accounts and develop new business to meet branch targets.
• Provide excellent sales service to key customers via phone, in-branch, or email to drive loyalty.
• Be the first point of contact for key accounts, understand client requirements, build rapport and grow the portfolio.
• Support the wider branch team, including Trade Counter, and assist with picking/packing to ensure timely orders.
