Job summary

Rexel UK Ltd in Leeds is seeking an Internal Sales Person to connect with existing customers and develop new business, delivering an excellent sales service by phone, in-branch, and via email to drive loyalty and hit branch targets.

You will manage a live portfolio of customers, understand individual requirements, build rapport, and grow the client base, while supporting the Trade Counter and warehouse tasks to ensure accurate, timely order completion.

Responsibilities

• Provide effective management of existing customer accounts and develop new business to meet branch targets.
• Deliver excellent sales service over the phone, in branch, or via email to drive customer loyalty.
• Manage a live portfolio of current customers while proactively targeting and developing new customers into profitable accounts.
• Be the first point of call for key accounts clients, understand individual client requirements, build rapport and grow your client portfolio.
• Support the wider branch team, serving on the Trade Counter and handling stock picking and packing to ensure orders are completed on time.
