You will make outbound calls, manage enquiries, liaise with suppliers on pricing and stock, and assist with delivery coordination. The ideal candidate has sales experience, strong communication, and solid organisation in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• At least one year's experience in a sales role.
• A genuine passion for sales and business development.
• Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Confident communication skills and the ability to build lasting relationships.
• Good commercial awareness and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• The ability to prioritise multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• The right to work in the UK.
• Experience within aggregates, concrete, or construction materials is advantageous but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Develop customer relationships and generate new business.
• Support day-to-day commercial operation and reporting.
• Make outbound calls to new and existing customers.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
• Proactively identify and develop new business opportunities.
• Manage customer enquiries and provide outstanding service.
• Liaise with suppliers regarding pricing, stock availability and lead times.
• Process cash sales and third-party invoicing.
• Allocate materials and stock.
• Support delivery and haulage coordination.
