Job summary

UBT is seeking an Internal Sales Executive & Customer Service Executive in Sidcup, Kent. This office-based role offers a salary of £35,000 to £40,000 DOE with a company bonus and a Monday-to-Friday work pattern, 08:30–17:00, with some flexibility.

The role focuses on building relationships over the phone, balancing customer service with proactive account development, and supporting continued growth for a healthcare and toiletries supplier.

Qualifications

• Experienced in internal sales, customer service and account management.
• Confident and engaging on the telephone.
• Commercially minded with a natural ability to build rapport.
• Organised, proactive and able to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular outbound account management calls to an established customer base.
• Follow up promotional activity and encourage repeat business from existing customers.
• Process sales orders accurately through the ERP system.
• Respond professionally to incoming customer enquiries and order requests.
• Support field sales representatives with appointment booking, quotes and customer updates.
• Contact prospective customers to introduce the business and distribute product catalogues.
• Maintain accurate customer records and support wider sales administration activities.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to maximise customer retention and revenue opportunities.
