Job summary

Instarmac Group plc. is seeking an Internal Sales Coordinator for our Tamworth facility. This exciting role involves partnering with customers, providing consultative insights, and driving sales through up-selling and cross-selling while maintaining strong relationships.

You will work Monday to Friday, 0900–1730, at our state-of-the-art manufacturing site, contributing to continued growth and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in an internal Sales Coordinator role.
• Ability to deliver consultative advice to improve customer experience and generate sales.
• Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills with the ability to build rapport.
• Knowledge of CRM software and MS Office, especially Excel.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to targets by meeting or exceeding sales targets as an individual and for the team.
• Manage a portfolio of accounts, develop relationships, and anticipate customer needs to generate orders.
• Follow up samples and quotations and convert to sales.
• Utilise internal tools to manage day-to-day data and keep systems updated.
• Coordinate with Transport, Accounts, Marketing, Laboratory and Production.
