Job summary

Instarmac Group plc. is seeking a proactive Credit Controller to join our Finance Team on-site in Tamworth. You will manage debt, monitor credit limits and liaise with internal teams to ensure timely payments. The role offers a structured day 08:30–17:00, Monday to Friday, with a supportive culture and employee wellbeing initiatives.

Qualifications

• Experience working within a busy Finance department.
• DBS clearance.

Responsibilities

• Proactively contacting customers to ensure payments are received on time.
• Monitor customer credit limits and payment behaviours.
• Investigate, resolve and communicate invoice queries with relevant departments.
• Open new customer accounts and perform credit checks.
• Raise invoices and credit notes as required.
• Manage debt collection procedures where necessary.
• Post entries to the cashbook and perform bank reconciliations.
• Build relationships with internal teams and external customers.
