ST TALENT Ltd is seeking an Internal Sales Coordinator for an established construction sector business. Based in Wetherby, this hands-on role focuses on converting enquiries into orders, building customer relationships and achieving sales targets.

You will manage UK sales enquiries from initial contact through to order, coordinate quotes, follow-ups and invoicing, and support the field-based Account Manager while maintaining accurate CRM records.

Qualifications

• Proven experience converting enquiries into sales.
• Strong outbound calling and proactive selling.
• Organised with CRM and data accuracy.

Responsabilités

• Manage incoming UK sales enquiries across phone, email and online channels.
• Qualify customer requirements and prepare accurate, competitively priced quotations.
• Proactively follow up quotes, negotiate and close sales, recording outcomes and reasons for lost business.
• Take ownership of the daily invoice target, monitoring progress and acting on opportunities to close any shortfall.
• Make outbound calls to existing and lapsed customers to generate repeat business and reactivate dormant accounts.
• Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities across the product range.
• Support the Account Manager with quotations, follow-ups and identifying customers who would benefit from a visit.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and ensure the sales process is followed from enquiry through to order.
• Coordinate with Customer Experience, Operations and Finance to ensure a smooth handover and avoid delays.
