Job summary

ST Selection Ltd in Aldridge is seeking an Internal Sales Coordinator to join a leading manufacturing and distribution company. This role offers a fast-paced, collaborative environment with salary up to £32K and excellent benefits.

You will manage internal sales administration, support quotations and orders, coordinate with production and marketing, and help ensure on-time delivery and strong customer relationships.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a similar sales coordinator/sales support role.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Able to work effectively in a fast paced, reactive environment.
• Experience in a hire/engineering related industry would be beneficial but isn’t essential.

Responsibilities

• Managing all aspects of internal sales administration including enquiry handling, quotation support, order processing, spare parts sales and marketing activity.
• Developing and maintaining an efficient customer service and sales coordination process, administering enquiries, quotations, orders, tenders, order confirmations and customer communications.
• Supporting effective relationships across production, customer service, sales and marketing teams to ensure on-time delivery and accurate communication.
• Assisting in controlling stock accuracy reporting to minimize cash exposure, improve fulfilment reliability and support customer expectations and marketing requirements.
• Communicating effectively internally and externally to ensure market and customer intelligence flows into the business and to support decision-making.
• Liaising closely with production to ensure accurate planning and on-time delivery of equipment aligned with customer requirement.
• Ensuring that sales, service and marketing objectives are implemented, measured, monitored and delivered within expected timeframes.
• Managing spare parts sales processes including enquiry handling, pricing support, order placement, parts identification, confirmations, aftersales follow-ups and promotional activities.
• Reporting to the Commercial Manager on performance, activity, issues and recommended actions.
• Supporting sales forecasting and budgeting using agreed tools
