Job summary

Able Personnel is seeking an Internal Sales Advisor based in Walsall. You will generate new business through cold calling, social media, and networking, while growing volumes with existing clients. A car owner/driver is required for this role.

You will maintain CRM records, handle proposals, research markets, and work to targets with a competitive uncapped bonus structure. Salary offers a solid base with additional incentive potential.

Qualifications

• Must have experience working in internal sales with either business to business experience or business to consumer experience.
• Maintain a presence using social media and update and refresh knowledge of each project and the offers.
• Research new markets and organisations to identify decision makers and make contact.
• Create an effective pipeline of activity.
• Identify organisations that provide scalability in the market and new development areas.

Responsibilities

• Generate and secure new business whilst increasing volumes with existing clients.
• Deliver outstanding customer service to all customers, achieve results and work to targets.
• Develop quality proposals and negotiate with customers over the telephone.
• Update the CRM system with all contacts.
• Generate quality leads.
• Maintain a presence using social media to refresh project knowledge.
