Job summary

The Job People Limited are recruiting an Internal Sales Advisor for a client based in Coleshill, with potential move to Redditch. This on-site role offers Monday to Friday work and an hourly salary of £14.15.

You will oversee daily orders and inquiries from a shared mailbox, log enquiries for follow-up, and ensure high service levels for existing customers while supporting continuous improvement and networking at events.

Qualifications

• Sales experience in inbound and outbound sales environments.
• Experience working in a busy sales team/ environment.
• Experience with a sales order processing system.

Key Responsibilities of a Internal Sales Advisor

• Ensure the service provided to current customers is of a high standard.
• Assist in the process of obtaining feedback on a regular basis for continuous improvement.

• Experience of working within a busy sales team/environment.
• Previous use of a sales order processing system.
• Self-motivated, and ambitious with high standards.
• Excellent communicator written and verbal.
• Ability to network at exhibitions, customer events etc.
